“Pasta Alfredo” with potato
Wok potatoes, parmesan, and fresh parsley

Ingredients
- 250 g Rooty Wok potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 dl whipping cream or oat cream
- ½ tsp -1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 dl grated parmesan
- 1 dl fresh parsley
- 2–3 tbsp lemon juice
- Garnish: fresh herbs, chili, and sesame seeds.
Recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan or saucepan. Once the butter bubbles, pour in the cream.
Add the black pepper and let reduce for two minutes.
Add the frozen wok potatoes and let boil for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated parmesan, salt, and fresh parsley.
Top with lemon juice, fresh herbs, sesame seeds, and chili.
Tip: leave out the butter and replace the parmesan with ground cashews to make the meal vegan!
