Pan Noodle salmon bake

  • 1 bag / 450 g pan noodles
  • 150 g cold-smoked salmon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • fresh dill, finely chopped
  • black pepper

some oil to fry onions


Cube the onion and fry until soft. Cut the cold-smoked salmon into pieces.

Place half of the frozen pan noodles in a greased oven dish in an even layer. Put the onion, salmon, and fresh dill on top of the noodles. Add the rest of the noodles to the oven dish. Mix the black pepper into the cooking cream and pour evenly over the oven dish.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for around 30 minutes.
