Pan Noodle pesto pasta
- 2-3 dl Pan Noodle
- 1 slice dried bread, chopped or approx. 0,5 dl pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 40-60 g Parmesan
- 1 pot basil
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- basil leaves to garnish
Put the bread, garlic, Parmesan, basil and olive oil into a blender and then blend into a course paste. Season the pesto with salt as needed.
Add pan noodle to the pan and let thaw over medium heat. Once the pan noodle has thawed completely, add the pesto to the pan and mix well.
Serve the pesto pasta with basil leaves!
