Potato salmon bake

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Rooty pan noodles (450 g) or potato rice (500 g)
  • 150 g cold-smoked salmon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • fresh dill, finely chopped
  • black pepper

some oil to fry onions

Recipe

Cube the onion and fry until soft. Cut the cold-smoked salmon into pieces.

Place half of the frozen pan noodles or potato rice in a greased oven dish in an even layer. Put the onion, salmon, and fresh dill on top of the potetoes. Add the rest of the Rooty to the oven dish. Mix the black pepper into the cooking cream and pour evenly over the oven dish.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for around 30 minutes.
