Ingredients

  • 1 bag Rooty Wok potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil or rapeseed oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 long sweet peppers
  • 2 spring onions

Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp soy
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • black pepper

Add spring onions and herbs to garnish

Recipe

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well. Set aside to wait.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, cut the carrots into thin slices, and slice the sweet peppers and spring onion.
  3. Heat the sesame or rapeseed oil in a pan. Add the vegetables and fry for a moment.
  4. Add the Rooty Wok potatoes and fry for five minutes.
  5. Add the sauce and mix well.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and herbs.
  7. Serve the Lo mein with fried chicken, meat, or vegetable protein, or enjoy it as it is.
