Fried rice with Potato rice

  • 2 dl Potato rice
  • dash sesame oil
  • 1 carrot, cubed
  • 1 pak choi, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 piece of ginger, approx. 4 cm
  • 2-3 tbsp soy
  • handful of frozen peas 1 egg

To garnish:

  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • coriander


Heat a frying pan over high heat and add a splash of sesame oil. Fry the carrots over high heat until they darken slightly. Then add the pak choi and bell pepper and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.

Once the vegetables have charred slightly, grate in the garlic and ginger. Then add potato rice and let it thaw.

Once potato rice has thawed, add in the soy and the peas and mix well.

Finally, add in the egg and stir thoroughly. Let the egg cook completely before serving.

Garnish the dish with sliced chili and coriander!
