Creamy pan noodle salmon
- ½ bag pan noodles
- approx. 250 g salmon strips
- 2 dl cooking cream / oat cream
- 1 spring onion
- 1 lemon
- butter for frying
- parmesan, parsley, and pepper, optional to taste
Melt the butter in the pan. Chop the spring onion and add it and the salmon strips to the pan. Let cool for a moment and stir. Add the lemon juice, stir, and let the flavours develop. Add the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add the frozen pan noodles and let cook, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, and serve. If desired, top with Parmesan and/or parsley.
