Creamy potato salmon

  • ½ bag pan noodles or potato rice
  • approx. 250 g salmon strips
  • 2 dl cooking cream / oat cream
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 lemon
  • butter for frying
  • salt
  • parmesan, parsley, and pepper, optional to taste


Melt the butter in the pan. Chop the spring onion and add it and the salmon strips to the pan. Let cool for a moment and stir. Add the lemon juice, stir, and let the flavours develop. Add the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add the frozen pan noodles or potato rice and let cook, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, and serve. If desired, top with Parmesan and/or parsley.
