Bacon and potato mash with pan-fried burgers

Ingredients
For the bacon and potato mash:
- 1 bag Rooty Wok potatoes
- 1 packet (approx.150 g) bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 dl whipping cream
- 1 bunch garden chervil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt
- black pepper from a mill
- oil
Pan-fried burgers:
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 egg
- 100 g creme fraiche or similar
- 100 g grated cheese
- parsley or other herb
- ground pepper
- 15 g Dijon mustard
- 7 g salt
Recipe
To prepare the bacon and potato mash: Chop the bacon and heat a saucepan or large frying pan. Add a dash of oil and the bacon to the pan. Cook the bacon for a minute or two. Add in the finely chopped onion and cook a little longer. Add the wok potatoes to the pan and let defrost. Add the cream, spices, and finely chopped chervil. Cook for a while and then serve with the burgers.
To make the burgers: Mix together all the ingredients and shape into four burger patties. Fry both sides in butter in a frying pan for approx. 5 minutes until the burgers are almost cooked through inside. Serve with the bacon and potato mash.
